[RE-wrenches] Outback Optics RE Issue

Todd &Jim,
I have full access too but continuing gaps in the graphs.  Chris at tech
support explained why there are so many problems in optics now due to
losses of programming notes when the platform was transferred so they are
flying a little blind.  As far as past data, I looked at downloading to
excel but it looks like a lot of trouble for something rarely used.  Nice
to know but not needed.  I just need full 2 way access for all my off grid
second home unattended systems.  Just added a new one today after ripping
out a Schneider XW and replacing it with a Radian.
3 battery banks burned up with runaway charge voltages.  All my time spent
with tech support and firmware upgrades never fixed it.
