Hi Jim,
I have full access to the OpticsRE dashboard and gear icon for my home's system, but there has been a recent change to the interface... namely a scroll across the top stating to ensure optimal performance after 2-1-26 they will no longer be offering any data more then 6 months old.
I love how they characterize giving us less functionality as a good thing... sigh.
And interestingly I was recently looking at the 2025 year graph to compare it to the 2024's and only saw data until May, so the problems with, and cutbacks in services by OB continues.

Data older than 6 months will no longer be stored on the cloud. To keep your historical data, you must archive it. We recommend using the built-in export tools in OpticsRE: Manual Export: Download reports from the "Reports" tile in the System Tools section found on the upper right corner of your system screens. Select the date range and time interval of data you wish to download. Press "EMAIL ME" Note that large date ranges and/or short time intervals can take several hours to process. Recurring Download (Recommended): You can set up a recurring report with the next function below the Manual Export option, with reports being sent every 1-day, 1-week or 1-month.
