Thanks. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by V7 update, but one of the two
sites is on Master DSP 0207G7 and CSB Version 207G6. The other site is on
020606 and 020611, respectively.
Same exact problem, two different firmware versions...
On both, I did the whole process step by step (except I was told 10 minutes
shutdown).
