[RE-wrenches] Mate3s swap

I've done a lot of Mate3s swaps over the years, as they are not the most
reliable piece of equipment, and I never involved outback in it.   If I
recall, you just link the new mates mac ID to the plant in opticsRE, and
delete the old one.  Whether you lose all of the old data when doing that I
can't remember -- probably so.   Perhaps just name the old one old data,
and keep it on the portal rather than deleting it, and use the new one
going forwards.

Friends:

I need to swap a Mate3s. This requires help from Outback. They are not
answering texts, emails or phone calls.

Is there any way one can make this swap without Outback?
