[RE-wrenches] Bi-facial optimum site

I can't recall the specific study, but bifacials were noted to have an
easier time self-clearing of snow due to the heat generated from backside
production. I think the study was from upstate NY.

I find this to be generally true. But the actual benefit can vary widely.
No amount of albedo will remove ice.
