[RE-wrenches] Fuses for battery busbars

My thought is that if a class T burns up with the lug side floating it will
potentially leave the live battery cable loose in the enclosure whereas the
marine terminal fuse will still keep the cable captive and prevent a
possible secondary fault condition.
