[RE-wrenches] Schneider XW+ and Midnite batteries

Thanks Kevin, that is my distinct preference as well. But sometimes, if I
can get them halfway there, it seems like an improvement and makes the next
half step less painful for them.
On a separate note, I have both XW+ and XWpro inverters in the field, and
had not noticed the downgrade you mentioned, although I haven't made a
study of it either. I have an MIT retired Physics Department head as one of
my XWpro clients (dual stack) with 2 eVault Maxs. He has made a study of
the programming and all the odd glitches and undocumented impacts of
changing one part of the programming has on another seemingly unrelated
area of the programming. He has been pushing the limits of the programming
and often has to explain to Schneider level 2 tech support what he has done
to make the inverter behave in a way that maximizes his self consumption.
I guess my point is, he hasn't noticed the problems you referred to, so at
this point, I most certainly haven't.
