[RE-wrenches] Lynk discover question

I’ve got a customer with the lynk 1. Non web based. 
3 batteries with an Outback radian, some years old at this point. 

Everything is working, the fndc vs the lynk % are not in sync. Which I can probably get right by some tweaks. 

But my biggest question is the lynk won’t go to 100% or 10 bars. It’s only going to 9. 

I can’t find any info as to why that would be. I’ve pushed up the charge volts a bit thinking if it was a BMS calibration that would fix it as it has with other lithium batteries, didn’t work. 

Customer has tried the lynk into each battery and they all read the same bars, which is good. 

Could it be the 9 bars is now max full due to age?
