Proper reel stands
Proper reel spindles
Proper pull rope
Properly sized tugger
Machine with lifting slings to place reels on stands
Rent a Cable feeder (pulling 750s on 500' reels manually isn't reasonable)
Radio person on each end to ensure tugger loses power if something goes
wrong on the feeding end
