[RE-wrenches] Induction Cooktops Off-Grid

Great feedback, all.

I have some clients where fuel delivery (to the island) is impractical,
untimely, and expensive, so they want no generator backup, no fuel
whatsoever. It sounds like induction cooktop are a suitable option.
