[RE-wrenches] Induction Cooktops Off-Grid

The only issue I've had was with a high end induction range shutting down
when the battery inverters frequency shifted to control some AC-coupled PV
inverters.  After some testing, it became clear that the induction range
was fine up to 63.0 Hz, and would immediately shut down at 63.1 Hz.
Programming the battery inverters to top out at 62.5Hz solved the problem.
