[RE-wrenches] Pytes Support (kudos)

Hi Jason.

A question about the AIO/battery interface.
It sounds like the AIO only shows minimal battery info. Is it only showing overall battery % or does it allow you to monitor individual battery data?

Does pytes have any kind of data interface or is SA the only way to access that information?

Thanks.
Jay

I discovered this with the console software, and Pytes helped me get it resolved, which stopped intermittent alarms and allowed me to close loop it with a new Midnite AIO. There is still a divergent state of charge issue, which they are looking into, and I'm confident they will follow through. The tech support rep spent over an hour with me today providing remote support via screenshare.

They helped me reconfigure it with 4 masters, each comms bank with 5 total, which allowed me to update them efficiently. I also learned they have a comms hub that can help me closed loop this with a future inverter upgrade.

Summer is here, and we see wild swings in charge and discharge during the day with sun, clouds, and extreme air conditioning use. Overnight they are meeting capacity expectations.

It's easy to use the Console port on the Pytes master to communicate with SA simultaneously while using the CAN port to communicate with the Inverter (Midnite AIO in my case). It all works seamlessly without splitters or custom cables.
