It is about getting a RMA replacement inverter sent out in a timely manner, not the 1-2 months it has been taking or at the minimum a firm ETA. I have been wrestling with them for 15 days now. The RMA was approved on June 11th. A real-estate deal hangs in the balance. Ughh.
