[RE-wrenches] Any contacts at Sol-Ark

I have maybe 10 Sol-Ark sites but haven't installed one in over a year,
mostly because I have switched over to Midnite's AIO. In general, my
Sol-Ark installs went relatively smoothly other than a couple of years ago
when a Sol-Ark/Fortress eVault Max off-grid site started to behave
erratically - Inverter shutting off or restarting, batteries turning off
when reading more than 85% SOC. Turned out, after 3 weeks of heartache and
almost daily site visits and too many calls to remember to both tech
supports (claiming that the behaviors could not have anything to do with
their product) Fortress revealed that Sol-Ark had done a firmware update
which they were not informed of and that update caused erratic comms which
sent each side into a random apoplectic tizzy. Since then, my tech support
from Sol-Ark has been both very good and poor, depending on who I got
through to. This is a long winded way of saying that like all
manufacturers, Sol-Ark support in my experience has gone through ups and
downs as well as for 6 or 8 months when I would have to wait for inordinate
amounts of time to get through to someone competent. Hopefully, they can
get back to the level of service I experienced earlier on.
