[RE-wrenches] Outback AGS issue

Another simple variable to rule out is external factors outside of the
Outback equipment. You already tested it out yourself so obviously the
generator battery is good but another issue that comes up from time to time
on my systems is the homeowner performing a manual run and then forgetting
to reinstate the AUTO mode when they're finished running it manually. Seems
to infrequently come up both on the Mate and genset itself. Some clients
don't always own up to it either. AGS run failure event on Opticsre is very
useful in these scenarios.
