[RE-wrenches] Context XW+ Random Factory Defaults

Yeah, someone sold a bunch of Conext XW+ owners a bunch of Pytes batteries
to replace lead acids. I have been dealing with a variety of issues. This
particular system has 100kWh of battery capacity with a 10kW PV system that
is heavily shaded and poorly oriented. It's never going to charge the
battery to 100% without significant generator run time given the base load
of the property.
In this case the batteries could not have cut out before the XW reached
LBCO. That would have required a manual battery reset or black start. And
because it is open loop, it could not have been a communication glitch.
On the SCP, I found them both with device address zero and both set to
Master. It really looked like they were both in a factory default state. I
don't understand how that happens simultaneously. I'm really curious to see
if it happens again and to see if the device names change back to the
default, which would clearly indicate they are being reset to factory
defaults. I can't imagine anything else on the Xanbus would be writing
device names to the inverters. The only other thing I can think of would be
something coming from the cloud.
