[RE-wrenches] Context XW+ Random Factory Defaults

I have a new service client with dual XW+. When I first went out a couple
of weeks ago, the LFP batteries had completely shut down due to low battery
voltage. I had to jump start them with a Chargeverter. I discovered that
the inverter low battery cutoff was 44 volts, which is lower than the
battery BMS cut out. I also found the AGS set to manual off, and I believe
the voltage triggers were defaults, but I am not certain.
There is an AGS, SCP, two MPPT 60 150, one MPPT 100 600, and an Insight
Home on the Xanbus Network. The owner cannot figure out how to access the
Insight Cloud, and I could not access the device on the local network with
the default password. Therefore, I am working with the SCP only for
settings.
I adjusted the settings on the inverters and AGS and checked all other
settings. We tested the generator functionality. Everything seemed great.
Fast forward to this week, and the system had a complete shutdown. I went
out to the remote location today and found the inverters in standby. I
tried to enable them, and received an F66 error. I dug in and found that
they both had the same modbus address 00 and they were both set to split
phase master. Everything else appeared to be factory defaults. Low battery
cut out was sent to 44 volts again. The AGS had disappeared from the
network on the SCP. The batteries were at 100% because the charge
controllers were charging the batteries with solar for the last couple of
days with no load present. After power cycling the inverters, the AGS
reappeared on the SCP. The settings in the AGS were exactly as I had left
them last time.
It appears that the inverters went back to factory defaults, but everything
else seemed okay.
The only relevant thing in the fault logs was a low battery condition F48
fault that occurred six days ago. Then, 18 hours later, multiple F66 errors
(5 or 6) occured over a 2-hour span. It appears this is when the inverters
reverted to factory defaults.
I don't work on a lot of Schneider inverters, so I am looking for any
insights, no pun intended, that you may have about this behavior.
I changed the names of the inverters from the factory default in the SCP.
If the settings do revert to factory defaults again, I'm hoping this will
be an indication if the names also revert.
One more piece of information. I seriously doubt that the occupants of the
property messed with anything in the SCP. However, I strongly believe that
they were flipping breakers, particularly on the solar charge controllers.
It's possible that turning off a controller messed up the Xanbus, but I
don't see what that would have to do with settings getting changed.
