[RE-wrenches] Arrogant solar Bros & streamlining

37+ years in the field wrenching & the young techs have nooo idea as to what we have dealt with over time. Perpetual change.

I second your comments on the arrogance of a few of the tech support "Bros" who were not even conceived since many of us have been in the field wrenching longer than they have been alive. & yes there are new control/communication schemes that I am still ignorant to & I admit & have to make a real effort with, I do try, as I do not use or install the same thing day after day & can spout it off the appropriate protocol[s] in my sleep.

We wrenches deal with a variety to products from a variety of companies with a variety of communication requirements not just one. This, in the evolving world of solar is critical for the solar field to m earn reliability & respectability, Bros.
It is like the cell phone industry finally adopting the "C" cable, finally! One charger & one cable. Jeez, how long did that take?

How about some streamlining of topologies manufacturers?
