[RE-wrenches] Arc Fault problem in FM100

Dana, I'm the one feeling like an idiot. Turns out the ground fault fuse
was blown in a brand new controller. I did't have my
meter with me to test the fuse and had to go back the next day. I had a
good fuse in the 2nd controller not yet hooked up so
I could have borrowed that one and had the system up and running. Only cost
me 4 hours of drive time by not having my meter.
