[RE-wrenches] Can All FXR Inverters Sell?

Are all FXR inverters capable of selling to the grid?

We are working on an existing off grid system that brought in the grid. 
It has a stacked pair of 3048 FXR inverters. The client is considering 
getting a net metering contract, but does not want to invest in new 
equipment.
