[RE-wrenches] 48V Charger Recommendation

I bought a LiTime 18A charger, which appears to be similar to other
inexpensive chargers. It charges up to a certain voltage, about 54 to 55
volts, not the 58.4 volts it says (which is good) and then turns off. It
does not turn on again at any voltage I've been down to. Maybe at some
voltage below 52 it might I don't know. It does not turn on again unless I
disconnect and reconnect the AC. Maybe the other similar chargers do this
also, maybe not. It will charge without DC voltage connected.
I also bought the Nice-Power 60V/10A power supply from Current Connected
and it works just as expected.
