I am evaluating my first few bills from PG&E now that I am on the new
billing program called NEM3.0.  I am finding out some disturbing
information.  Does anyone on this list desire to start a discussion on the
PG&E NEM3.0?  Does anyone think we should keep that discussion on this
list-serve?
