These will keep reporting to the classic Portal. If webbox is replaced by Data Manager, then the system will be migrated to ennexOS portal.

The recent “migration” for SMA is indeed consolidating all various portal logins to an SMA ID. This covers classic Portal, ennexOS Portal, Sunny Design, Online Service Center, 360 App and Energy App (phew).
Everyone will be prompted to “create” an SMA ID when logging into one of these portals (but not mobile apps like 360/Energy).

(The migration of “webconnect” classic Sunny Portal plants to the ennexOS Sunny Portal happened many months ago and is independent of the SMA ID switchover. Comments below are correct that webbox and cluster controller systems were not migrated during this process.)

As of a couple weeks ago, when you try to login, you should get redirected to sign up for an SMA ID. You need to go through this to log on to the SMA websites.

SMA monitoring is alive and well. They did migrate to a new platform. It’s called EnnexOS. Depending on the age of your install it might need some attention getting you to the new OS. If it's a commercial install you will have to upgrade to their new Datalogger, as the old ClusterController isn’t compatible.

I am unable to log onto the SMA Sunny Portal. I called tech support and received some vague information about a new server and “merging accounts” but when pressed for details I was provided none. I was told my problem would be escalated to a second level but it’s been almost a week and I have not heard a thing.
Anyone else having problems with Sunny Portal? What is this world of ours coming to? It seems tech support is falling apart in every product line.
