[RE-wrenches] AGM recommendations?

I have recently been installing lead carbon VRLA batteries and they have some nice characteristics over conventional AGM's such as rapid charge and ’allegedly’ significantly reduced sulphation. I have generally avoided VRLA and recently had a client toast a $15k set of Rolls (sulphation) in a very short time due to incorrect charge settings. This is a Canadian distributor but similar batteries may be available in the U.S.
