[RE-wrenches] Anyone heard of Tesup?

When I was maybe 10, I drew a picture of a car with little windmills on
it and told my dad, (MS nuclear/mineral engineer), that I had created
basically a self perpetuating vehicle. (I had no idea what that actually
was). My dad was very nice and smiled at me. (At least he didn't laugh).
I've written off VAWT, so if something has changed, I'd like to know.
This seems not to be hopeful.
