[RE-wrenches] Outback Tech Support

This is a follow up. There is good news for a change! Outback tech 
support is back and warranties will be honored. I spoke with Anthony 
this morning, who has been with Outback a long time and knows his stuff.

Currently, warranties are being handled through Enersys, and the process 
of warranty replacement may be a bit clunky for a while. This is 
expected to last about 6 months.

All record of past technical support cases have been lost in the 
transition of ownership. They are starting over with the data on support 
cases.
