We have two recent installations employing a similar solution.  If it's
helpful I've attached a couple photos showing the converter and transmitter
that pair nicely with the suggested one-lines shared by Bradley.  This is
from a Sol-Ark/Fortress eVault installation with AP Smart RSD.
