[RE-wrenches] Conergy solar module issues

Hi folks:
 
About 10 years ago we sold some Conergy 250W solar modules.  Well, they
aren't holding up too well; does anyone have any possible warranty contact
info?  I believe Soligent bought Conergy in 2014, but they are being largely
unhelpful.
