[RE-wrenches] Combox to Insight Home upgrade

Follow the quickstart instructions that come with Insight Local. Remove 
combox from xanbus first as it can cause
unspecified behavior. You can connect 3 ways, existing wifi, wifi direct 
from PC, RJ45 LAN. I would wait on firmware until you have a specific 
reason for offgrid. Especially with XW+.
