[RE-wrenches] USVI Enphase Installers

I was approached for a consulting job in St. John, but I would rather hand
it over to a competent local installer who is certified with the new 5P
battery and related components. Please contact me off list if you are one
or know one.

Also, just out of curiosity, what are the licensing and permitting
requirements typical of USVI?
