[RE-wrenches] Outback Radian Generator Charging

What I don’t understand is that the inverter was limiting amps while the generator was not.  
If the generator wasn’t able to produce the power, then it would have had the usual issues which causes the inverter to drop it and then reconnect. 
But that wasn’t happening so it appears the generator is doing fine. 

Its 3% per 1000, and the variables of density altitude are:  temperature, humidity, air pressure, elevation.  

I don’t understand why the generator support would allow for higher amps as well?
