[RE-wrenches] Wattnode AC Coupling Monitoring on Insight Cloud

Thanks for pointing that limitation out Dave.  Would have been helpful if
one of the many different techs i spoke and emailed with at Schneider
support could have pointed that out to me before I spent too many hours
chasing my tail on this one.
