[RE-wrenches] Solar Edge Backup Interface Unit "stuck" and won't go back into grid mode after utility power comes back online

Have had this issue twice in 2 weeks on two separate sites. The Solar Edge
Backup Interface Unit (BUI) disconnects from grid when utility power goes
down but will not go back to utility-interactive moved when the grid power
returns.

 

Anybody else having this issue when the BUI is "stuck?" Figured I'd ask here
before going to SE to see if a systemic issue.
