 The mean extreme minimum dry bulb temperature is on that database, but you have to look for it. They have not substantively changed.

For USA and global weatherbase.com will have record hi and lo temps as well as a lot of other helpful climate info given monthly and annual.  No solar radiation tho.

Not record lows, but I have used this for years as the design low temperature for string sizing.

 

They claim the data is outdated, but with climate change I feel safe that the Extreme minimum temperature is likely to only go up😉
