Hi Howie,
We have installed probably 150 jobs with Silfab modules. First their
330W, then their 370 half cell modules and now their 400 watt modules.
We have had good experiences with them and there relatively inexpensive
for an A tier module. They manufacture them in Washington state and the
company is based in Canada. This helps fill our priorities of sourcing
products from North America as much as possible.
We have had two modules with issues. One being a module that dropped
out about mid day, and the second having a partial voltage reading.
I troubleshot both and found that Silfab was decent at responding with a
warranty credit for replacement through our supplier. I would say that,
overall, the value Silfab brings is quite high while also being decently
priced.
