[RE-wrenches] Conext Gateway question - need to reset to factory default

I set the Admin password and promptly failed to write it down.
I can't reset the password to default remotely unless I'm logged in as admin.
I've tried the pinhole reset with no luck.
The manual says to hold the power button 12 seconds; no luck.  No beeps either.
Any suggestions?
