[RE-wrenches] SolArk and Tigo compatibility

Hi Chris,

I echo Ronald’s experience. I wasn’t aware of any memo from Sol Ark
suggesting pins 15 and 16 should not be used for the Tigo RSS Transmitter.
The 12K and 15K manuals both refrence a 12vdc RSS transmitter to achieve
rapid shut down.
