[RE-wrenches] LG Chem RESU warranty

I agree with Scot. This has been a total nightmare for our company. We are
still trying to get all of our customers back where they should be. It has
taken well over a year and we're not done yet. The original crew at LG Chem
was able to pass off the entire Recall job to a group of newbies who had no
idea what they were getting into or how to effectively run the Recall. I
could go on for hours...They are presently trying, but the current crew
haven't been there long enough to know what we have been dealing with. We
made the decision to never sell another LG Chem product based on how they
have treated the installer base. We just want to end the nightmare...
