Hell Mac,
I recently went through the same thing with Sonnen.  I left a couple
messages on the support line and never heard back.  Finally reached out to
Sales and got some results.
Support is communicating with us now on
service at sonnen-batterie.com
For a service appointment you must schedule it online (with about 1 week
lead time it seems)
