[RE-wrenches] Dark Starting Simpliphi PHI3.5 batteries

Thanks Wallace. I will return to the site and check the voltage again, but
I believe when I read it it was in the teens. However, I did run into the
in rush and shut down issue you mentioned the first time I tried
restarting, but when I tried it again, the batteries didn't put anything
out. I will talk with simpliphi and see if we can get things going.
