Interesting subject
Here in Hawaii there is talk about this, in 61 there was an air burst SW of
the islands as a US military test, it took out most of the grid, radios and
alot of other early electronics.
 Look at a microwave oven see the holes, thats the size needed to block
that wavelength, now if its hydrogen its altogether different wavelength so
you can protect from one but not maybe the other. Next is ground vs
altitude burst and how close you are. The best solution is to dig deep down
50 feet and build you end of the world house.
Think about transportation, you need a car with a generator and point
ignition.
You will also need incondesent lamps, FL's, CFL's will not work, where do
you stop.
Interesting subject to say the least.
