[RE-wrenches] Off Grid Refrigeration

The other weird Energy Star issue I have seen for 2 years now is the
Canada numbers being quite a bit lower than US.  I assume it is in their
average temperature or something. I do know a specific model and have
measured it. The data I get is much closer to the lower Canadian Energy
Star numbers. Weird huh?
