[RE-wrenches] Maine's Net Metering

[Tump]

So this is where OUR wonderful PUC and our own, “Trump" like governor, got this foolish idea. Maine is NOT to far behind you…… NET metering, SEEYA!
Ahh the race to the bottom has begun!
