[RE-wrenches] Storage Batteries for dwellings -Canadian Code

The Powerwall is an integrated product,  not a battery you install. There
is no user access to the internal voltage. Our Nissan Leaf stores at 500v
but it's not restricted for the same reason. There are plenty of commercial
UPS products that use very high villages but the user had no access to the
internals.
