Can you get a meter main with only one breaker and then get a distribution panel and put all all loads there

Does anyone know of a good spec for a 200 or 225A Square D Main Service Panel which has feeders between the meter and Main Disconnect and would be ideal for 150A CT clamps for monitoring whole house consumption?

I'm finding most MSPs have a short, flat bus between the meter and Main Disconnect which requires the Rigowski Coil (requiring more expensive and unreliable hardware).

Thank you for your help in advance.
