[RE-wrenches] Solarworld-tax grant

I was talking on Saturday with a currently defunct contractor/installer  getting involved with a new distribution channel who offered me the chance to buy 235-240 watt Solarworld modules at .45/watt by the pallet. Cash up front, order by this Friday. She said they were tier one and had been overbought and used the term "tax grant" as to why they were so cheap.
The effective "sold" date would be 4 years ago.  She stated they were legit SWs and would add my order to hers.

No other useful info to offer here.
