[RE-wrenches] Rapid Shutdown equipment restart. BH, Combiner and battery disco.

Could someone please explain the sequence of re setting a system with a Midnite Birdhouse, disconnecting combiner, and battery disconnect module. 
I mean, once the system is activated what is the correct sequence of re setting and turning the equipment back on, whether AC power to the birdhouse is lost or not..,..
Seems like the battery disconnect module is most finicky.
