[RE-wrenches] Shade analysis software for New Construction

Hey Wrenchers,
Anyone know of a good software tool that provides estimated performance data for a solar array on a New Construction building that has not yet been built?   Specifically looking for a user friendly program that I can sketch a design to scale and have a report generated showing the estimated annual performance for the system.
