Hi Marco,

We have had several of these, which usually get reported by our clients
because there is a brown cell, which is often visually striking.  As
Taiyoko said, we use an IV curve tracer to determine if there is a
performance impact and then use that as support for a warranty claim.  Here
are an IV curve and photo from a recent one that was replaced under
warranty:
