[RE-wrenches] Icynene spray foam insulation patching

It could have been his ploy to get back in to do some extra work (for $),
but I would like to know for sure. It's my understanding that closed cell
foam like Great Stuff has a higher R-Value than open cell, so it shouldn't
be an issue of performance.
